• If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

• Standard delivery time is 4–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, festivals, or due to courier delays.

• We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe handling and on-time delivery.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

• Free shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns, which will be clearly mentioned on our website.

4. Tracking Orders

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/Whatsapp/SMS.

• You can track your order using the provided link until it is delivered.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

• In case of damage, share your unboxing video within 24 hours and email us at info@tviscandles.com for a quick replacement (subject to our Terms & Conditions).

• If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you in raising a claim with the courier partner.

6. International Shipping

• Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at the moment.
